You will be able to progress at your own pace, gradually increasing the weight as you get stronger.

What to expect:

Throughout this 5-day Strength Challenge, each day will focus on a specific workout routine targeting different muscle groups or the entire body. By the end of the challenge, you will have experienced a full body workout. With this challenge, I aim to provide a complete experience incorporating muscle strengthening exercises with an emphasis on proper form. It’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about performing each exercise correctly to maximize the benefits while minimizing the peril of health issue. I will be there to guide you through each movement, offering useful advice and modifications tailored to your individual needs.

Necessary equipment:

For this challenge, you will need dumbbells and an optional mat. I recommend having a range of light, medium and heavy weights. Beginners can start with lighter weights, while more experienced ones can challenge themselves with medium to heavier weights.
