FB Blend is a fun, challenging and flexible training program; you can choose the duration of your workouts each day, about 35 or 55 minutes a day, depending on your schedule and your energy level. Each day of this program offers a unique workout – you will never have to do the same video twice. It is a smart combination of HIIT, strength training, functional movement, Pilates, supersets, cardio, plyometrics, stretching, yoga and more. All you need are dumbbells and even if you don’t have any, you can still train using your own body weight.

Because you choose the duration of your workout each day, this program is basically two of our most popular programs in one; FB30 (our 30-minute program) and FBFit (our 50-minute program). If you like FB sweat or FB burn, you will love FB Blend because of the flexibility and the actual duration of the workout.

The strategic combination of HIIT and strength training in this total body program is excellent for burning fat, building lean muscle mass and overall becoming bodyly healthier and capable. These are proven and scientifically substantiated training methods. The workouts will challenge your muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, speed, proprioception, balance and flexibility. These workouts can absolutely make you look great, but we want you to feel great too. Our goal is to guide you to move well and live well. We want you to feel strong and capable, energetic and able to live easily in your own body.

The workouts are 5 days a week + an optional 6th day of recovery workout, but it is important to note that our online training calendar allows you to complete these workouts at your own pace. In addition, our programs can be reused as many times as you wish, at no additional cost.

FB Blend workouts last between 32 and 45 minutes, which is an average of 38 minutes/day

. Each day offers an additional credit challenge, in matter you have the extra time and energy to push yourself a little harder (this is what allows you to increase the duration of your workout up to ~55 minutes). These Additional Credit Challenges are always complementary, but a variant of the main training, in order to push you in a varied and dynamic way and to help you meet both the challenge, the intensity, the duration and the diversity of the workouts.

We include a training and healthy eating guide to give you the essentials on how to eat well during the program (please note that this is a general guide and not a meal plan).

Difficulty Level: We always encourage each person to listen to the messages of their own body and to move at their own pace. That said; these workouts are intense and start at difficulty levels 3-5 from day 1. This is not a low-impact program, although most workouts (not all) offer low-impact alternatives. Users will have to use their own discretion to manipulate the scheduled workouts in such a way that they are adapted to their fitness level and personal abilities. Users are encouraged to take liberties by modifying the exercises and this program to meet their needs. Listen and respect your body!
